    I highly recommend Jered and his crew to a home looking for yard work. They are welcome n time, efficient, and considerate. He has some of the most amazing guys on his crew. They work hard to make sure their customers are happy. One of his guys, Jay, even came back on the weekend to mow our back yard since it was too wet to mow during the week.     I had 1 dead palm, 2 large overgrown Birds of Paradise removed, and 6 palms trimmed. My yard looks beautiful. I hear many people complaining about businesses not returning calls. Both time I left Jered a message he returned the call in less than 10 minutes. He promptly returns texts, arrives on time and there were no additional expenses. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely call him in the future. See more See less

    The kind of contractor you want. Competitive rates, first rate professional crews, detail oriented and no surprises except how great the work was. The landscaping recommendations alone were worth price of admission. I’m talking a complete 5 zone sprinkler system and over 5000 sq ft of sod. Started on time and ended on time.     When we called they responded right away and did amazing work. we have tried for years to get a drainage problem fixed and every one charges us lots of money and never fixed the problem. They came out and cleaned up the other mistakes and it looks amazing (better than before) and works like a charm. Just in time for hurricane season.     So happy with the work Jerad and his crew did at our house! It was a huge yard transformation. We had dead patches of grass all over so we had the entire yard re-sodded. Also, had them do a gorgeous paver patio in the back. All gardens were filled with rocks, had palms trimmed and lastly, a little irrigation system tune-up. Everything was done quickly and came out better than we could have ever imagined. I was so impressed each day with how organized they were getting each part of the job done. Will 100% use Cunningham’s in the future for any landscaping needs. See more See less

    I HIGHLY recommend Cunningham’s! I have never seen such a professional crew who were so courteous to not just the adults but my two little kids as well. They worked with us on the design to get us exactly what we wanted and worked with our association so we did not have to worry about a thing! We even had an issue with our pool builder cutting down a tree with out our approval and they went out of their way to work with our pool builder to get the correct tree and install it. (One less thing for us to worry about!) I cannot rave enough about how they not only take care of you and make your landscaping look amazing, they go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I will recommend them to everyone I know and use them for any future landscaping needs! Thank you so much for making our yard beautiful again. See more See less
