About Us
Cunningham Lawn & Landscaping has been a established company since 2013 in the greater Volusia County area, covering Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, Port Orange and New Smyrna Beach and the entire West Volusia area. Our traditional business model is to provide landscape maintenance services to commercial and residential properties in our area. We also provide full landscape design and installation services, horticulture care, along with landscape lighting and a full-service irrigation department. We aim to be the one company that can do it all. Add to it, that we have a on-staff horticulturist as well as landscape designers, we truly have the capability to perform concept to completion and beyond for all your landscape needs.

Grounds MaintenanceA big part of what we do here at Cunningham Lawn & Landscape is lawn maintenance. Our dedicated teams ensure that we are there at your property each in every week in growing season to keep the fresh crisp look your lawn deserves. Our teams are cross trained to also do the pruning of your shrubs while we are onsite as well. Proper pruning and mowing techniques help ensure your property has long term health and success with all your living material.

Horticulture CareWith our on-staff horticulturist, we make sure your lawn and shrubs stay healthy and vibrant in tough Florida weather conditions. When building your customer horticulture care program, we’ll be working with our irrigation staff in unison to insure the property gets the proper water as well as the correct nutritional needs for the plants and turfgrass.

IrrigationThe most important part of plant health is the correct amount of irrigation. Without the right amount of irrigation, plants and turf will struggle to be healthy for the long term. We also make sure that in the rainy season, that the irrigation systems are only working on a “as-needed” basis, as mother nature takes over. From timers to valves and the irrigation heads, we have the entire system covered.

Landscape Design & InstallationOur team of designers will design with the proper “right plant in the right place, does the right thing” focus. With input from our homeowners and commercial property owners, we like to deliver the new long-term solution for the newest of landscapes. Our designers take input from the customer, as well as the staff horticulturist and director of irrigation. So, it’s a team effort in putting a new landscape installation package together.

HardscapesFrom pavers to retaining walls to a lush backyard water feature, our hardscape teams here at Cunningham Lawn & Landscape are trained professionals that love their work. Whether you need a small patio or a entire driveway, we can install it for you. Our sales team encourages our customers to be engaged in selecting style and color as well as patterns. SodAs one of the largest sod installers in the area, we specialize in installation of various types of sod. From the St. Augustine that we see on most properties, to Zoysia or Bermuda. We also perform removal, grading and installation in one bulk pricing. Let us know what kind of sod you’d like installed.

Everything was done quickly and came out better than we could have ever imagined. I was so impressed each day with how organized they were getting each part of the job done. I HIGHLY recommend Cunningham’s! I have never seen such a professional crew who were so courteous to not just the adults but my two little kids as well. They worked with us on the design to get us exactly what we wanted and worked with our association so we did not have to worry about a thing! We even had an issue with our pool builder cutting down a tree with out our approval and they went out of their way to work with our pool builder to get the correct tree and install it. (One less thing for us to worry about!) I cannot rave enough about how they not only take care of you and make your landscaping look amazing, they go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I will recommend them to everyone I know and use them for any future landscaping needs! Thank you so much for making our yard beautiful again.
The kind of contractor you want. Competitive rates, first rate professional crews, detail oriented and no surprises except how great the work was. The landscaping recommendations alone were worth price of admission. I’m talking a complete 5 zone sprinkler system and over 5000 sq ft of sod. Started on time and ended on time. Really impressed, thanks Jared, Max, Krystal and gang.

When we called they responded right away and did amazing work. we have tried for years to get a drainage problem fixed and every one charges us lots of money and never fixed the problem. They came out and cleaned up the other mistakes and it looks amazing (better than before) and works like a charm. Just in time for hurricane season. I would definitely recommend them
